New Service Alert: Premium Representation
Up until very recently, I offered almost exclusively flat fee unbundled services. The reasoning behind that was very simple: to make the litigation process more affordable and predictable.
The flat fee gives transparency so folks know exactly what they’re paying for and the unbundled aspect allows people choice to pay for the things they want and not the things they don’t.
Although I still believe that is the most cost efficient way to manage a case, I’ve come to realize it may not be the most valuable service offering for everyone.
The reason for that relates back to energy. Some people have a little money to give and a lot of energy to give. Those are the perfect clients for unbundled services. But for some people, a full representation model is more valuable.
So, I have developed two different kinds of premium representation in family law cases. The first kind is a pre-set fee for me to handle all the typical things that arise in a pre-decree family or custody case. The second type is custom bundles for post-decree cases. That would include putting together a package of legal services for a modification, restriction, or enforcement.
In the next couple months(ish), I’ll update the website to reflect the new offerings and pricing. In the meantime, if you’re interested, just reach out to let me know.
